Prior to working in the NHS, Bryan worked at ConvaTec and was involved in the design and development of medical devices from inception to launch, achieving successful global commercialisation of a number of wound care products. Bryan is named inventor on over 25 patents. This experience has been vital in working with SMEs and larger organisations to fully develop their ideas and innovations.
Bryan is also available for non-executive positions, providing strategic support to organisations who require healthcare experience from both private and public perspectives.
