It seems like a lifetime ago we were going into the office each day and our daily interactions were generally face-to-face – how times change.
Initially, we were busy ensuring that all our businesses were made aware of the immediate calls regarding PPE supply, diagnostics and home monitoring. We spent a good deal of time match-making and hopefully made some important connections with Trusts and suppliers in the process.
More recently we have been increasingly involved the review of online course material – PPE, Infection Control, COVID Essentials for workers and First Aid.
We continue to be involved in solutions with Virtual Reality and software solution for mental health issues. We are especially pleased to continue our activity on NEWS Bunny – this has now focussed more on the social isolation aspect of home monitoring and working with suppliers to ensure the proposed sensors are appropriate for the setting etc. We will post something about this shortly so look out for that……
And looking forward we are cautiously optimistic – we are still keen to contribute to evolving situation and look forward to innovating – healthcare needs this more than ever…
