Dr Bryan Griffiths is a business consultant with international experience in healthcare and medical devices including strategy, clinical research and innovation, business development, project management, software and App development and customer service. Bryan spent 15 years at ConvaTec involved in the design and development of medical devices from inception to launch, achieving successful global commercialisation of a number of wound care products and is named inventor on over 25 patents. Bryan then spent over 9 years in the NHS working in various Innovation roles across the Northwest of England, including running the Smart Solutions programme which focused on infection prevention innovations for use within hospitals. Bryan has assisted 100’s of companies in various business support roles since 2007. Now BG Healthcare is looking to support those who wish to engage in the healthcare market with consultancy services tailored to the needs of your organisation. He is keen to engage with innovations in AI, VR, Digital Health, Wound Care, Infection Control and Mental Health. When not reading business books he enjoys walking – after successfully completing the Welsh Coastal Path last year he has now embarked on the Offa’s Dyke Path.
